Urabn Art
Art is in the eyes of the beholder as they say... As I was walking around Kensigton Market area of Toronto I came across this work of art. The creator of this agreed with me when I asked if it was a work in progress. What do you think… art or a pile of junk?

Sorry, I'm gonna go with "pile of junk"... but then, I don't always understand "art", so I may be off base :)
